Use Of This Website

Product Information & Samples

Product descriptions, grades and specifications are indicative. A Certificate of Analysis is provided per batch, and samples are supplied for evaluation purposes. Natural products may vary within normal ranges between harvests and batches.

Quotations & Orders

• Quotations are valid for the period stated and are subject to stock availability.
• Orders are confirmed only once accepted by us in writing.
• Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude shipping, insurance, duties and taxes, which depend on the agreed Incoterms.

Pricing & Payment

Prices and payment terms are those set out in the applicable quotation or supply agreement.

Shipping & Risk

Delivery, transfer of risk and responsibility for costs follow the Incoterms agreed for each order (for example FOB, CIF or DDP).

Intellectual Property

The MOSCÁ name, logo and the content of this website are our property and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

Limitation Of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, MOSCÁ is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
